Resident of sc just across the line from georgia. soon to get my sc cwp where we are not allowed OC. Georgia does not recognize sc unless i purchase new hampshire permit. OK, say i now have the NH permit. Am i allowed to OC in Georgia even though my sc permit does not allow me to here? If so it would be sad but true.
