sounds like the guy really screwed up & concealed his pistol while Open carrying. Did he have a CCW permit ?

They say he had a permit to conceal, but a MARTA officer saw him concealing beside his car before heading to the train. So without knowing the man had a permit to conceal the officer stopped, and detained believing a crime of concealing a firearm was in process. The judge concluded that the officer then had RAS to stop and they were therefore lawful in their actions.
