    Cabman went to City Halland spoke.

    "a City Cab driver, and Cannon asked officials to consider requiring all taxicabs to install a barrier between the driver and passenger.

    Cannon took it one step further. He said he hoped the city would allow drivers to carry personal protection
    ."

    We were too busy being detained by police, that's why there were none available to catch the guy.

    i mean if a guy is open carrying your pretty much certain he is NOT a criminal,as we know criminals are sneaky and do not wish to be out in the open like that.
