Cabman went to City Halland spoke.

"a City Cab driver, and Cannon asked officials to consider requiring all taxicabs to install a barrier between the driver and passenger.

Cannon took it one step further. He said he hoped the city would allow drivers to carry personal protection."

Where was one of those "open carry guys" when you need them?

i dont get certain cops views...



i mean if a guy is open carrying your pretty much certain he is NOT a criminal,as we know criminals are sneaky and do not wish to be out in the open like that.
