Question of who is a CPL holder

I was hearing that there was a data base online, That held a list ofeveryone that held a CPL, Is there really something like that? If there is could someone povide the place that shows this.

There is for some states, not for Michigan though.

Technically, it's a public record, and thus may be obtained via a FOIA request.

In other words, people can find out if you have one if they really want to.

I am not hard pressed for the Info, If I would be able to get it easy, To fairly easy then I would look thru it. I am not going to kill myself to do it tho.
