    Are these just being noticed more now, or are these actually on the rise?

    Probably both more occurances and more awareness.

    Glad the officer took appropriate actions and had self control and not endangered others. Kudos to him.

    Too bad the officers werent able to at least get 1 bullet into the truck. Would be easier to ID and confirm.
