Just so you all know, there are no INTERPOL agents operating anywhere in the United States, in fact INTERPOL is an information and assistance sharing organization. FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies operate under their respective umbrella when a case involving INTERPOL arises. So if Germany tracks someone to America, they go through INTERPOL with a request on information and for arrest. That information may go to someone like the FBI who would then go and get thosecriminals. There any information from INTERPOL system are already immune. Those under our nation's law enforcement agencies are not immune.
If you don't believe me, call you local FBI office and ask them how INTERPOL works.
