personally more reason why i believe more people need to be armed(law abiding of course)

I bet that not one person in the casino aside from the assailant was armed. If they were, they could have subdued the assailant before it escalated. Not to mention, there were people still in the game rooms playing. I'm assuming all of this went on behind closed doors...

Well, the shooting happened in the gaming commission and not the casino. I bet the people in the casino didn't even know what was going on when it happened until after the fact.

As for the elderly woman. If the man did it, may he be convicted and sentenced appropriately.

Either case, sure, someone MAY have been able to stop, subdue, or even kill the attacker in both cases but know one will ever know for these two cases.

People should be allowed to defend themselves.

I need to check with the manager of my local supermarket to see if they fired anyone lately. I don't want my cartpushing job interruped.

That is one tough old lady to have survived that ordeal. God blessed you Gram. They should give all those guns they are taking to the seniors, and teach them how to use them. It really fries my butt to see someones kindness taken advantage of. Maybe, when he gets to prison,Igor, Bubbaand Otto will teach him to grab his ankles.
