The Lousiana Open Carry Awareness League (LOCAL) will have it's monthly meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 6th at the Shoney's in Laplace (exit at I-10 and hwy 51). LOCAL members and those who want to be a positive influence in the Open Carry movement in Louisiana are encouraged to attend.
