is it legal to uoc in a shoulder holster with no shirt or jacket to conceal it

"bascially can i uoc my pistols in my shoulder holsters with no shirt on at all" ive done it before with out incident i just wanna know its legality thanks

It's not been adjudicated. If it is in plain view then it's likely openly carried. I would stillrecommend sticking with an exposedbelt or drop leg holster.
