NFA Hospitals ?

Both hospitals in the Ashland area are posted 'No Firearms'. One hospital refrences KRS237, the other dosen't. Niether has signage on every entrance, just the main ones. Would someone with a little more intellect than myself shine some light on this issue or is it another case of privately owned property rights? [Also, hypothetically, can the property owner or employee bear arms and yet post NFA ?]
