Hmm, change "the pursuit of happiness" to "property of whatever type they choose, as long as the property harms noone else"; change "the right of the people to alter or abolish" to "the duty of the people to alter or abolish"; change "effect their safety and happiness" to "effect their freedoms and autonomy"; after the phrase "light and transient causes", insert the phrase "and when agents of the Government attempt to enact such changes, it becomes necessary for the people to Vote amongst themselves so as to determine the lightness or transience of the purported cause"; and eliminate the "long" from "long train of abuses and usurpations".

For my own part, I think that does it.

The state cannot be both sovereign and bankrupt at the same time. If it is sovereign it owes allegiance to no one. If the state is bankrupt it is a slave of its creditor and owes its allegiance to the creditor, not the people.

The Several States are surety for the federal debt and are themselves bankrupt. It's time to begin to use this fact against all illegitimate local, state, and federal governments of America. Now you know why the people you believe you elected in your 'show' elections fail to respond to the will of the people. Their allegiance is to the creditor and master of the state, those foreign banks, for which the politicians robbed decent, hard working Americans of their life savings to bail out.

Most of us have heard of the work place shooting by the guy in Missouri, who was involved in litigation related to his life savings being stolen through, what appears to be deliberate malfeasance and a violation of the employer's and financial manager's fiduciary duty related to said retirement funds.

I submit that If the federal government had continually ensured an honest money system the unfortunate event described above would likely not have happened. Congress, absent the constitutional authority to do so, allowed foreign interlopers and moneychangers to take over and loot the U.S. Treasury.

The United States Government is totally and wholly illegitimate. Anyone that believes that real, constitutional change can be made from within that system is deluded. Working within the system will only slow, not halt or reverse, the inevitable coming collapse brought on by a dishonest money system and foreign powers.

Many here have asked in other threads who exactly should be targeted in the event of a total collapse and break down in law and order in our nation. I believe the proper focus should be on those who have caused our people the most grievous of misery through their fractional reserve banking and usury scams: the moneychangers.

The present domination of the Federal government by leftists is a direct result of those same leftist interfering with commerce in such ways as to bring about the economic situation that led to the Democrat takeover of both Houses and ultimately to the Obama presidency.

Our Constitution is still a legitimate charter and the peril is it is being ignored. It is true that it has not fared well in the last century, but this century has ushered in wholesale disregard for the document. The present form of "Obamacare" contains a provision that it can never be changed or repealed; a blatant violation of the Constitution.

As to the debt we owe Red China, yawn. If the Chinese try to screw us they will only screw themselves. Say they wanted to cash in. If the Chicoms took a hundred-dollar bill to the Fed you know what they would get? Oh, maybe three twenties, a ten, a fiver and five ones. If the Chicoms called in all our debt today, the move would devalue the money so badly that they would wind up with much less than they have now. If we were on a gold standard, they could clean out Fort Knox.

What we have to do is clean out the DemonRatz, since the Democrat party is either unwilling or unable to do it themselves.

This is a right-of-center country. The current breakdown is about 40% "conservative", 34% "moderate" and 26% the kind of "liberal" trying to ram stuff down our throats. Ronald Reagan put it well when he said he did not see things in terms of "left" and "right" but "up" (toward freedom) or "down" (toward tyranny). The present government is trying to make things so bad that a desperate people will willingly go "down" to get the things they need to live.

BEFORE we try ANYTHING else, there is an election in November. Wresting the powerful chairmanships and leader's positions in Congress from the Downers is key to staving off the need for more drastic measures. And the anger against the DemonRatz is palpable, the Ratz have already begun to jump ship with several key Congressmen and Senators announcing that they will not run for re-election this year. Criminal charges for some of these are a distinct possibility.

It speaks volumes that these lleftists have not gone after guns in any meaningful way. Sure they keep dipping their toes in the water, testing for instance drug vioence in Mexico as an excuse; but they keep getting scalded piggies.

I do not advocate the overthrow of the lawful government of the United States of America. I advocate its re-instatement, and I will act on that this November.

A government bound by a constitution that secures our Inalienable Rights, respects those Rights, doesn't work or act opposite our best interests, doesn't take orders from the leaders of foreign powers or pirate enterprises, provides an honest money system, and generally acts kind and benevolent but not enabling would be a welcome respite from the current system under which we suffer.

Constitutionally ordained government is a good thing.

If anyone is just now realizing these problems you have been asleep for far to long. It has been building up to this point for almost a hundred years. There is no correct 'Party' as they are all wrong and only do what is best for them together. They only bicker because they can't come to an agreement on the best way to enslave the people.
Party's are for birthdays and holidays not for running governments.

That being said, it is imperative and long past time for the states to stand up for themselves...I only hope that the people will support the states.

Sometimes I think SouthernBoy likes slippery slopes, but I agree. I feel it is consciously deliberate by a minority of those who perpetuate it. The rest do it through willful ignorance, which is NOT a mistake.
