Does the legislationintend that psychiatrists and psychologists report people with mental illness, or will it only contain information as to persons who havebeen adjudicated mentally incompetent?

Anyone can be called 'crazy.' Granting that power to yet another set of agenda-driven 'professionals' cannot possibly have a good outcome.

Hell, I don't know anyone who WOULDN'T call me certifiably insane; I don't have any sense of self-preservation and intentionally so. The hell these people will lead us into will require the ability to set self aside and uphold the principles they destroy. Why? Because they will imprison and kill any who defy their interest of destroying those principles, and no one who dares call himself a decent human being will be ale to make a stand against them without putting his or her life deliberately in jeopardy and most likely at an end.

To call it any less than the same as war, is foolish. I've already been a political prisoner in a mental institution. They can't arrest, but a Police Officer's Judgment is already being used as they propose to use complicit "Psychologists." Baker Act is the loophole they've already been using. All you have to do to get Baker Acted is tell a Police Officer that you disagree with his/her political agenda. Off you go! You're obviously crazy! I was carted off for protesting a Government Run Gun Buy Back.

Look what's going on with Patrick Luty. GB is the blueprint that is being built here next.

Most Republicans stopped being Republicans a long time ago. If you need to vote for somebody and not have to hold your nose to do it then vote third party. There are only 2 parties off the top of my head that are serious parties that are consistently pro gun and believe in the constitution, all of it. Can't have the first amendment without the 2nd amendment and you can't keep the Republic without all of the amendments. Take my guns and you take my citizenship away. I will not be a subject or a sheep.

I agree, but sometimes voting forthe partyyou truly believe in can also be detrimental to getting what you need. Especially when it pulls votes from the lesser of two evils.
I tend to choose "the Better Bad Choice" when a race is tight between the 2 largerparties.

The problem with that practice is it is exactly what the two mainstream parties count on to make sure nobody else shares the reins of power. Until enough people vote for who they believe in and not for the lesser of two evils they will continue to rule us and not represent us. To keep that up they will keep promising more and the government will keep growing and our taxes will go up as our liberties continue to be curtailed.

We have a nice little back lash starting with a few Libertarians gaining seats in local government, the Tea Party folks telling congress in their own front yard that they disapprove and more people in this country declaring themselves independent and not Republican or Democrat. We have the numbers but not the guts to follow through in the polling place.

There are 2 Republican candidates I could have voted for, Allan Keyes and Ron Paul but they were not part of the inner clique so they were marginalized and ridiculed. That worked out for us really well with a phony who has never been in an executive position, never held a civilian job, limited legislative experience and the 2nd most rabidly anti-gun candidate in the US Senate. Joe the Plumber would have been a better choice. Just as inexperienced and without the socialist baggage of Obama and his inner circle of tax dodgers and American haters.

Sorry but voting for the party approved candidates just isn't going to ever work for us. Biggest obstacles Reagan had for his agenda weren't the Democrats, it was his fellow Republicans who were already drinking the Kool Aid of bigger government is better government.

Not in Wisconsin this year. As of five days ago, only R and L Democrats have declared candidacy. http://elections.state.wi.us/docview...4&locid=47

Libertarian Ed Thompson announced in October 2009 that he would run as a Republican for Wisconsin's 31st district State Senate seat in 2010, against incumbent Kathleen Vinehout. Not my district but I already sent in my contribution.
