Sale of firearms at firearms shows. Requires any person who has a fixed location at a firearms show to display and sell firearms and any person who sells three or more firearms at a firearms show, regardless of whether he has a fixed location, to be licensed as a Virginia firearms dealer.

licensed as a Virginia firearms dealer or licensed as a federal firearms dealer (FFL) ????

It will most likely be shot down within minutes of hitting the house.

The representative who sponsored this bill is Joseph D. Morrissey, a democrat.

If you sell more than 3 guns at a gunshow; Representivite Morrissey will threaten your life and physically attack you like a fat kid going for a cupcake.

Lol, what is the penalty if this bill were to even pass? Civil? Criminal? God damn half ass bill. A suitible punishment should be, "If you sell more than 3 guns at a gunshow; Representivite Morrissey will threaten your life and physically attack you like a fat kid going for a cupcake."

No penalty has to be specified in the section because there is already a penalty for violations of any provisions of the chapter:

§ 54.1-4202. Penalties for violation of the provisions of this chapter.

The first offense is a class 2 misdemeanor, subsequent offenses are a class 1 misdemeanor.

I should have known that. Thank you for the clarification though.

Would that be a chocolate cupcake or a vanilla cupcake? Because the chocolate ones usually go first, ya know. And then there's the whole issue of sprinkles.
