I open carry in Monroe on my trip to Jacks Lock and Key on Louisville Ave. I had to get some key copies made and the owner and workers in their notice my Glock 9mm and made polite conversation about my pistol. It was a pleasent experience and I ll go back there again with my business.

Rick Marc I'm in Monroe also and go by Jacks all the time. My office is just up the street. Maybe we'll meet sometime. I just asked about a OC chapter here in Monroe, can you help me?

I'm right by ULM... Kinda hard to enjoy oc as there are no guns allowed to be carried in any way on campus.
