Informed sources confirm that someone made application to the New Haven Police Department and refused to sign the blanket waiver as part of the applicaiton.

New Haven P.D. denied the application stating as their reason that the application was incomplete.

In light of the fact that the Board has just approved a Declatory Ruling on what is and is not required when submitting an application for a Permit to Carry, you can expect this case to be looked at under a microscope by the Board.

Thanks to Mr. Jack Goldberg and CCDL for requesting the Declaratory Ruling which is scheduled to be publish publicly soon.

Stay tuned for more info on this case.
