I got mine in Philadelphia 1787, however it wan't ratified until the following year.

Hopefuly AZ statle legislature passes the constitutional carry legislation, that way I can use my "permit" with less restriction.

One could argue that the RKBA was effective when the original Constitution was ratifiedsince Art. I, Sec. 8 did not allow the Federal Government to regulate the carrying or ownership of arms. However, 2A was not effective until December 15, 1791.

P.S. I found mine in a box of Cracker Jacks.
