I used to be stationed up in Whidbey in my Navy days. Because of the Stupid Vikings beating my Cowboys I lost a bet and going to be going back up to Oak Harbor this summer to visit some friends. How is the Law on Whidbey when it comes to Open Carry? Any places I should be aware of that have issues? Anyone had any problems with Law Enforcement?

OC is legal on Whidby just like it's legal everywhere in the state.

Concealed Firearms Permit? I'm pretty sure that's what it's called in Oregon.

Here it's called a CPL Concealed Pistol License.
