    Basically it is arguing that the ban on carrying outside of the home in DC violates 2A.

    The outcome of this will be quite interesting.

    We have the right to keep arms in our homes
    And bear them, as in we have them on us.

    Pretty impossible to argue that I would think.

    It sounds like a good case for Calif, after incorporation.

    Its funny how the BoR's got to be apick and choose menu.
    A citizen may not be required to offer a ―good and substantial reason-- why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The right‘s existence is all the reason he needs.

    There are two CA carry cases already in the works, Sykes v McGuinness and Peruta v San Diego.
