Complaint against Attorney in re. illegal ordinance / pre-emption

I have filed a Grievance with the WA State Courts against the City of Richland Attorney for violation(s) of Rules of Professional Conduct in regards to:

1.) Making two illegal Ordinances restricting firearms in Amon Park, a public place
2.) Giving false information to M. and myself in a Council meeting.
