To keep it brief, Grievance filed with Washington State Bar Association against the City of Richland Attorney.

Need other jumpers on the bandwagon. I figure it must be the attorneys who are the problem for obvious reasons - Joe Average probably doesnt know diddley squat about Law and Joe (Joes on the Council) are the one(s) making the Ordinances. Actually the ATTORNEY in this instance admitted to making an Ordinance which was illegal. So the Attorneys are probably making them up and the Councils who dont know law and Constitution are passing them because the Attorney thinks its OK/
MAKE SOME NOISE about this so the Bar cant ignore the matter.
