    3 years ago it was 2.99 a box (and I thought that was pricey!).

    I do not. I realize it's cheaper that way but I don't the shoot the AK enough to justify it and it's a lot easier to swallow a $25.00 ammo purchase over a $200.00 ammo purchase. The going rate in all the stores around here is $7.99/20 so the $5.49 is still a good price for this area.
