CC permit revoked

let me start by saying that , i do NOT have any felonies . no domestics . nothing . BUT... i do owen an escort service . not the kind for sex .. just strippersfor parties . any ways .. some girl that i had fired is telling some local LE that i want to kill a cop .

now ..i have done some stupid @#$% in my life but i am notretarded or crazy . i have never even thought aboutdoing something so stupid . i do not have a death wish ..so...

local LE came to my apt. asked for my CClic. and gave me a letter from theMississippi highway patrol . saying that my CC permit is being revoked based on a conflict with the GULFPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT .sign BY M/Sgt Lee Dixon .

does this sound right ..?? what should i do ?

Never had a beef. Whith any of them. And if I did. I wouldn't be talking about killing any one.

Get an attorney NOW. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING online or in person as it WILL be used against you latter. Get your attorney to call up the Dept. of Public Safety and get all of the records pertaining to the "threat", and set up a hearing to straighten out the matter. I would also look at the permit law and see what grounds are required for revoking the permit. I used to have one before I moved and I thought that an indictment was required, which would mean that you were under arrest. Make sure that you get everything in writing.

the cops didnt make anything up . THE GIRL IS MAD BECAUSE SHE GOT FIRED ...SHE IS THE ONE MAKING THINGS UP . ... damn . read the post .
