Self defense is a human right. OUR right to keep and bear arms does not come FROM our Constitution or our government, it is (supposed to be) protected by it. EVERY person in every country in the world has that right, with the only exceptions of incarcerated prisoners, and children.

"Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest."
