Do you mean pamphlets specifically on open carry? Since state and local laws can vary widely, you're better off checking in your state's section of OCDO. If your state has its own open carry awareness organization, they may very well have literature specific to that state's peculiarities.

Im referring to Wisconsin specifically. I found a pdf link on here but I want some physical, paper pamphlets. i checked WCDO and dont see a materials section of any kind.

PDFs can be turned into paper pamphlets rather easily. All it takes is a printer, paper, and some of your free time. ;)

As I said, you should try asking in the Wisconsin section of this forum. You'll probably get a quicker, meaningful response from a Wisconsin resident there.
