As I have asked my California friends, to file a criminal complaint of harassment, threat, if they are OC in the area. This is a specific threat of violence.

well, at least he appologised. but the assumption that a carrier would surrender his firearm to a thug is most probably a false one. i've thought about it, and i bet everyone on here has too; firearm retention in the face of an armed assailant. so, in my opinion the crack wise about firearm retention by a carrier is/was un-needed.
