    Alert -New Legislation Introduced

HB 95 Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act -2

Don't be confused by similar legislation,Miller HB 28 just doesn't go far enough.

To see a comparison betweenHB 28and HB 95 click hereyou will see Representative Jaggi (pronounced Ya-Gee) has introduced legislation with "real teeth".

“As gun guy and someone that believes the federal government is out of control, I wanted to introduce legislation fitting to Wyoming” said Representative Allen Jaggi.

Compared to the Montana act and Rep Miller's act here in Wyoming, Rep Jaggi's act adds the teeth for enforcement we need here. It's about time Wyoming stood up for itself!

Once again, it seems to be the Western states (you know, where freedom still largely exists) which are leading the way.

    Nice job, WyGO!

IN THE NEWS -- A pair of similar bills moving through the Wyoming Legislature have generated more emails to state congressional members than any other bill in memory, according to one of Teton County’s representatives in Cheyenne.
