    Fiction I think but funny any way

    A Woman From Houston, Texas Was Arrested, Jailed, & Charged

    With Manslaughter For Shooting A Man 6 Times In The Back

    As He Was Running Away With Her Purse.



    The Woman Was Called In Front Of The Arraignment Judge, Sworn In,

    & Asked To Explain Her Actions.



    The Woman Replied, "… I Was Standing At The Corner Bus Stop

    Waiting For The Bus To Take Me Home After Work…”



    “ Am A Waitress At A Local Cafe...I Was There Alone, So I Had

    My Right Hand On My Pistol, that Was In My Purse, That Was Hung

    Over My Left Shoulder.



    All Of A Sudden I Was Being Spun Around Hard To My Left.

    As I Caught My Balance, I Saw A Man Running Away From Me With My Purse.



    The Next Thing I Remember Is Saying Out Loud,"No Way Punk!

    Your Not Stealing My Pay Check And Tips."



    I Raised My Right Hand, Pointed My Pistol At The Man Running

    Away From Me With My Purse, & Squeezed The Trigger Of My Pistol 6 Times!



    When Asked By The Arraignment Judge, "Why Did You Shoot The Man 6 Times?



    The Woman Replied Under Oath,

    "Because, When I Pulled The Trigger The 7th Time, It Only Went Click."



    The Woman Was Acquitted Of All Charges. She Was Back At Work,

    At The Cafe, The Next Day! Now that's Gun Control....

    Minor point: since a revolver doesn't eject the empties, it's not really dry firing. She can click it until the cows come home and it won't do any damage.

    I didn't click on the article to read more details, I only went off of what I read.

    Funny though, some members on here say pistol and revolvers are different. :?

    However WA RCW defines pistol as any handgun fired with one hand.

    Edited to add:

    That would make more sense to why she only fired 6 shots....!

    The pistol gets its name from Pistola, Italy where the first "gun of the hand" was invented. It was a muzzle loader. There was an effort some years ago to end the so called confusion by calling semi-autos "pistols" and revolvers "revolvers". I never did learn what their plan was for single shot guns of the hand.

    there is also an italian 6 shot revolver that auto cycles the cylinder and the hammer after each shot so it shoots in double, single action, just like a semi auto pistol!

    so what are we gonna call that?

    A semi-auto revolver! Unless you are an anti. Then it would be called an assault revolver!
    it is big, and black, and beautifull, plus its italian!:celebrate

    they cost about 1600$:shock: I want one, EBR evil black revolver, Assult revolver!
