Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum, been lurking for awhile and gleaned the forum multiple times and got a LOT of knowledge from it.

Now my question is that my friend and I are planning on a CA UOC event soon but my friend is under 21 and has not obtained his pistol yet. If I lent him the pistol to UOC, would it be legal?

You should probably research the Californina code, and possibly post this in the state forum. The peoples republik of kalifornia have different laws than most of us have to deal with.
