i was wondering if anyone knows anything about the star 9mm model bm it looks like a 1911.are they any good?its a really nice looking gun but they are asking 325 dollars for it is that a good price or should i pass? its in really good shape

I have read some good reviews of the star bm online. Star has went out of business or merged with another company or some such thing. It really makes no difference which it was that they did, they no longer make replacement parts, so if at some point in the future you were to need replacement parts you may or may not be able to find them.
