IWB Holster open carry??

Ok, i have a quick question. if you have a IWB holster with a full size handgun BUT carry with shirt tucked in behind the gun where anyone can easily see the butt, hammer and slide of the weapon....is that legal as OC?

so this is legal?? Cuz i have a smith and wesson IWD but i tuck my undershirt in, then put holster in, then gun, the put over shirt behind the pistol where they can visibly see it, even though it is in between my back and hip.
