Hello and good evening to all. Just curious, I realize the law in CA (don't agree with it)but has anyone who UOC ever been approached and asked by leo to verify if weapon is in fact unloaded?

There are dozens of anecdotes of this very thing. Search "12031", and "e check". Could also go to californiaopencarry.org and check out the stories about police encounters catalogued there.

there have been no law enforcement encounters to check if the weapon is unloaed that i am aware of in CA. One guy got stopped by Det. Rtoots, but was proned out and shot with an AR, no one has UOCed since.
