I found someinformation about several chain stores, including somewith corporate policies allowing legal carry, OC or CC. Second-hand, but it feels authentic to me; you might find some of it interesting. It includes several corporate contact points, as well as references to OCDO.

Thanks for the list but I know Dicks will not allow OC. At least not the one @ Park Meadows in Highlands ranch or the store in Parker.Wasasked to leave at both locations when I OC'd.

They did say that CC was allowed.

There are some GM's that have an older sign posted that only mention CC, but it is my understanding that they are all being updated to the sign in the link.

Right. Not all the companieslisted above see it our way. In the DC thread, for example, the Home Depot contact stated CC was fine, but OC may or may not cause the manager to make aMWAG call.

Bass Pro in Las Vegas, STILL has a no firearms sign last time I checked.

Every store that has told me that OC is not allowed, without a sign, I have told the people that its corporate policy to allow. You'd be amazed how many managers back down and tell me to have a nice day, regardless of the store!

Dick's Sporting at Park Meadows is part of the Mall and the entire mall is off limits for OC'ing. This is a public rule that has been made for the entire property and will be enforced by both Lone Tree Police or Douglas County Sheriff. The Mall is considered Private Property and although there are limited signs at the entrances, the mall owners have made it very well known that OC'ing is not allowed. CC is permited as allowed by current regulations.

Define "enforced" by LTP or DCS.Are they saying they will arrest an oc'er or escort them from the premises?

My hat's off to Paramedic70002! She did an awsome job of contacting various stores, collecting responses, and posting them in one post.

By comparison, I REALLY wish OC.org would have ONE spot or thread, probably a sticky, where these letters (and nothing else) were collected for public viewing.
