Before Christmas I requested a Bianchi catalogue. Still don't have it and can't find an email address to inquire.

Good point and an obvious one.

Part of my intention was to convey some criticism of Bianchi and its lackadaisical response.

Bianchi, although now bundled under the Safariland brand, is still managed as a small company. Order times are traditionally long with Bianchi - I have made several orders and usually wait 2-3 weeks (2-3 months for a belt that had to be made).

Great quality, and the reps that field the customer service calls really know their products (the couple that I have talked with are ex-LEO), but they do require some patience...
