Washington State Court rules that the 14th Amendment due process clause incorporates the right to arms and makes it binding on the States.

I haven't had time to digest the whole thing yet, but it looks promising.

Yes, this is good news. Keep in mind though that it is only binding in our state and not any other, since it was a state supreme court and not a federal court.

However, I am sure it will help next month as the SCOTUS hears arguments.
