We put a small group together Sunday morning to go the Starbucks in Los Lunas for an impromptu open carry event. As I expected, there were no problems and it was a good opportunity to sit around and talk about one of our favorite subjects, guns.

All in all a great time was had by all. I am hoping to do this again in the not too distant future but with a little more planning and hopefully a little more participation.

Next, some gatherings in Albuquerque.

Sounds good!

Maybe I can join you all the next time I go up to Rio Rancho as I'll be in your neighborhood.

P.S. I think, however, that the little girl with the pink holster will still cause any frightened liberal yuppies there to find the nearest table and curl up underneath it for their own personal safety. ;-)

You can't see them in this picture but she has pink boots to match her pink holster. People coming in were paying more attention to her (and her sister) than they were to the four of us carrying. Funny how that stuff works some times.
