I live in Tricities Washignton and I go to Hermiston a lot for my business and I have to carry a gun for that business.(Iown a process server company and I always go armed) What is the law to carry when your from another state? Even when living 20 minutes from the border.

First off, that pic is cheesy.

Secondly, Oregon does not recognize any other state's CHL, CCW, CPL, etc. You'd need to get a CHL from Oregon, and as I understand there are at least a couple counties in Oregon where sherriff's are accomodating.

Otherwise, you'd need to carry openly which is not illegal in Oregon. For full details about Oregon law, I'd suggest getting this book:

It's inexpensive and comprehensive. It will tell you every last detail about carrying in Oregon.
