Pittman-Robertson money to Wisconsin increased nearly 40%. Most of this increase came from the increased handgun, non-hunting recreational rifle and related ammo sales. Why isn't the DNR announcing theuse of this money for recreational shooting range development in every Wisconsin county?

Well if they would stop screwing up the deer count each year, maybe they would get a more consistent amount from hunters buying licenses.

I thought I heard on the radio this morning that the DNR was spending some money on improving deer counting and understanding deer habitat. No cite cause I was half asleep, but it's totally believable. Everyone knows you can fix anything by just throwing money at it, especially when it's not yours.
