How recently were your visits? I'm working on a theory that they need repeat visits in order to encourage them to really think it over, and thus modify their practices.

We can OC in our banks and out among the tourists on the Strip, what's so diff about inside their casinos? Come on, all you casino marketing scientists, figure it out!!!

Took the family to Denny's inside the Wildfire Casino, South Boulder Hwy in Henderson this morning. The wife and I both open carried. No issues from the establishment, but overheard aguy sitting behind us saying how he had been in security and knew for a fact that it was illegal to carry in a casino. (Maybe if I live long enough I can get to know everything too.)

The wife was quizzed by females who were waiting on her at the Shell City stop and at the Dollar store about the carrying of firearms. They both were interested as they get off late at night and want to be able to protect themselves. I'm sure some of you guy's have run into this before too. We have had enquiries from interested females numerous times.

I think this is an important reminder to us that we need to encourage the females we care about to learn to protect themselves. In reality, they need it more than we do because of physical stature.

Went to the Railroad Pass on the way back from Boulder City and had no problems. Played at a machine, was approached by cocktail waittress, got a coffee. Approached by a slot tech, asked if I wanted a players card. Sat right in front of the cashier at the sports book. Played for almost 20 minutes on $20 and winded up winning $40. They have no ticket machines so I had to cash the ticket at the main cashier. No problems.

Was on the strip two nights ago and was OCing. I had absolutely no trouble whatsoever. A rookie cop saw me and raised his hand to get my attention, but before he could say anything, his partner said something about "Open Carry guy".

I went into these casinos, walked around, and played slots:

Paris
Planet Hollywood
Casino Royale
Harrahs
Mirage

Some security guards must have seen me, but none of them said anything. Plus, when I cashed out at Planet Hollywood, their ticket machines were not dispensing cash so I had to go wait patiently in line at the cashier. Someone pointed at my gun and said "Don't mess with that guy!". His buddy said "Oh wow, he has a gun, I didn't know that was even legal." And I of course smiled when his buddy said "We're not in California anymore." Viva Las Vegas!

Looking forward to seeing you all tonight.
