If I want to sell my gun to another person, what is the correct and legal way of doing it?
He is from Florida and currently visit us in NC. He don't has conceal license either. is it ok for him to transport the gun back to FL or should I have the FFL dealer ship the handgun and rifle to FL and he pick it up in FL?

I want to do it legally and transfer the ownership of the handgun and rifle to him so that the gun is register under his name.

It most likely needs to go through a Florida FFL, there is a thread going in the main discussion about this exact topic at the moment.

The gun has to be shipped to andtransferred by the Florida FFL. But you can ship it with or without a NC FFL.
