    Yeah the poll is gone for me too. It was still up around 11:30 for me when I saw the link in the VA-ALERT.

    Right now they have a poll about allowing children in bars. I'll bet the poll went lop-sided when it was linked in the VA-Alert, and the folks at CNN didn't like what they were seeing, so they changed it.

    I really don't have a problem with kids in Bars. where I gre up in Wisconsin, I spent alot of time there. I turned out alright...

    The oral argument transcipt for McDonald v Chicagois online. Probably long and boring to most, but reading between the lines of Justice Kennedy's (who is the swing vote)questions and statement, I think this ruling will go in our favor 5-4 much like the Heller case did.
