I'm new to . I don't know if there are or not there where some guy's talking about a open carry picnic last summer but I don't know if they had one or not. I moving out there in about 4 weeks. It would be nice if we could get some thing going. I can't wait to get back there I'm looking for some good places to go shooting. Or any body who likes to go shooting. I moved out of the black hills 22 years ago so Its changed a lot since I've been there.
