I'm new to this site, I've been reading some of the stories related to unlawful arrest
i keep seeing 5A being quoted.
what are they referring to?
is it related to the
5th District Court of Appeal or 5th Amendment or something else all together

Fifth ammendment. Depending on the conversation, one could be refering to due process, self incrimination, or unlawful property seizures. Don't quote me on that though. Although I have read it numerous times, and I get the basic idea behind it, I don't consider myself an expert in the field

It would be nice to have The Constitution on this site as a link. I think it would be used a lot.
I think everyone (and not just this forum - I mean every US Citizen capable of reading) should keep a copy of the US Constitution on their desk. I even have a pocket version that I used to hand out (down to my last copy now).
