Coffee chain Starbucks Corp. is sticking to its policy of letting customers carry guns where it's legal and said it does not want to be put in the middle of a larger gun-control debate.

    Thats a copy/paste from the article...first para.
A citizen may not be required to offer a ―good and substantial reason-- why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The right‘s existence is all the reason he needs.

doesn't really seem like much of a flip. they're sticking to their initial position, just saying that they don't want to be in the middle of a fight, because it's not their fight. seems fair enough.

note: typing on my phone, apologize for grammar, punctuation.

    No flipping at all.

Starbucks has pretty much always had this stance and they've never really took a side on the debate, now they're clarifying that because they're getting bombarded, I think mostly from the Brady Campaign. I haven't heard of anyone taking tens-of-thousands of signatures to the headquarters to ask Starbucks to support open carriers. Let the Brady Bunch trip over themselves.

How is this a flip? It's a great stance "if the people made laws allowing, who are we to say otherwise"
