    U.S. v. Minker, 350 US 179, at page 187
"Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many citizens, because
of their respect for what only appears to be a law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their
    rights, due to ignorance." (Paraphrased)

Whats funny about her speech is she didn't really make any points at all. All she did was stand up on a podium and shout out a whole bunch of different opinions about various issues. And even then she didn't even provide any persuasive arguments to support those beliefs.

She needs to learn how to make persuasive speeches. One minute she talks about how she thinks Obama is a communist because in her view Socialism = Communism, and then a few minutes later she's ranting her opinion on abortion and global warming. How abortion and global warming are related to communism I have no idea.

This reminds me of a quote from the movie Billy Madison, where the principal tells Billy Madison:

"Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

I sure hope the Tea Party Movement can find some better keynote speakers than Victoria Jackson.

I forgot my Sarcasm tags on my sentence, she sounds like a bubble headed bleach blond reciting right wing drivel.

SV-libertarian is good at pointing that out and that it is way off topic.
