I have had permit to cc for almost ten years now. I recently found this site and in reading some of the post was wondering if the CC permit is what is referred to when ocing with a loaded weapon?

The Utah concealed carry permit allows one to carry a loaded weapon in public or in ANY public school.
The permit ALLOWS concealment by eliminating the penalty for concealing but it does NOT REQUIRE concealment!

There is NO "PRINTING" law in UTAH.

Possession of a CFP exempts you from the section of the Utah law that requires your OC firearm to be two mechanical actions from firing.
