Actually, I felt that his characterization of Open Carriers was somewhat insulting. I did post a fairly positive comment and hope he doesn't take my comments as negative.

Yes, I would agree although I thought he tried to be fairly neutral compared to some other articles I have seen recently; thus, my upbeat and lengthy comment ... I think good public commentary/response can be very productive.
