    What if Starbucks suddenly decided it was a "conservative" company, and knowing the typical rants and raves, decided to BLOCK liberal web sites from their Wi-Fi service at all their stores.

    No more Huffington Post. No more MoveOn dot org. No more MSNBC, etc, etc, etc...

    The outrage would be swift and furious... "WHAT ABOUT THE FIRST AMENDMENT!!", they would yell. "NONE OF THESE WEB SITES ARE ILLEGAL!!" they would reason... "HOW CAN YOU DEPRIVE US OF OUR RIGHTS!?!?"

    Exactly!

    Right!

    But you also illustrate how weak is argument by analogy. Not only must the secondary argument be made but also its place in the syllogism.
