If the knuckledragging leaders of the Virginia Senate want to play dirty pool to thwart the repeal of one gun a month legislation, then look out Saslaw, we are going to give it right back to you.

I recommend that every law abiding citizen that might want to go to a gun show stop by a Virginia State police barracks and obtain a Multiple Handgun Purchase Certificate.

The administrative burden on the State Police will be significant.

Arbitrary denials or delays will allow for appeals to the Superintendant of State Police and possible state and federal legal reviews.

Denials and acceptances will also allow for FOIA requests.

Yup, Based upon my past data, thegreatest number of firearms I have purchased from dealers at a gunshow is seven. SO I will put the number 7 on mySP-207 application.

PS I will not fill out the SP 207A with additional information.
