Its stickied at the top, but honestly this thing was brewing in the heads of gun-grabbing legislators since they saw the first cup of coffee. Well long before that even.

Hmmm... I stand corrected. Mike had already posted about it. For some reason, I didn't see his thread when I looked before posting mine, so I guess I get to call dupe on my own thread.
